The service from the team has been exceptional, especially Ashley and Caitlin. They are caring, and genuinely invested in my hair growth journey. I am about to complete my 6 month laser treatment. There is a huge improvement in my hair health. I saw new growth 4 to 5 weeks in to my treatment. I also did a single PRP treatment after my 3 month assessment, which really promoted growth on my hairline.
In addition, the entire staff are friendly and caring, they supported me in my journey. Overall, the treatment was worth my time and money.

My journey began at a time of great uncertainty and anxiety about my hair. I was convinced that hair loss was a natural process of aging. When I met with my consultant, she reminded me that hair loss is not inevitable and with hard work and dedication, I am able to save my hair. What an amazing experience! My follicles were dead and I was going bold. I didn't have much faith that this treatment was going to work and the fact that it is expensive BUT what a game changer. I've been so impressed. I've had hair issues for years and arrived at the clinic as my last attempt before I start considering a wig! Loren dod my consultation. She was amazing and really took the time to understand my concern and analyse my hair. I started treatment the same day and have seen amazing results iafter 4 months already! Ive got new hairs growing all around my hairline and especially on my crown where there was hardly any hair. it's also starting to look thicker.so I don't have to spend ages in the morning trying to cover over the bald areas.

Been going for 4 years consistently. Service is great, and experience feels catered to your needs. Minoxidil products and PRP sessions work really well, and can see results clearly. Loren is an amazing consultant, and had good experiences with Rolene and Dr. Nadia too. Would definitely recommend.
